The location was very convenient with easy access to Mesa Verde.
During my stay, parking was a bit problematic as we had to find spaces that were not directly close to our room. Additionally, the room was filled with a very strong scent of cleaner that made it uncomfortable. we had to keep the windows open all night. Overall, the breakfast offerings were disappointing, with only store-bought options that felt very lacking.

great stay with retro charm
The unique decor in the King Room created an immersive nostalgic atmosphere that we enjoyed throughout our two-night stay. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially the fresh fruit and the availability of delicious burritos and tamales. We also loved the mountain view from the grassy area, which made for a lovely spot to relax after exploring the surrounding attractions.

Quirky decor that transported us back to the '50s made our stay enjoyable. Located conveniently close to Mesa Verde, the grassy area with picnic tables was a lovely spot to relax. The breakfast featured great coffee and fresh baked goods, making mornings delightful. However, parking options were a bit limited, and accessing our room required navigating through the property with some distance involved.

Unique retro theme with comfy vibes!
Our room had a microwave and a fridge, which made it convenient for snacks. The continental breakfast was decent, featuring things like waffles and yogurt, but I would love to see a bit more variety next time.

It was just a well-suited match for a short stint in Cortez with very good value for money. The shower had great water pressure, which was a nice surprise after a day's drive. Bring your own non-dairy milk if that's your preference for breakfast.
